The data also show that more than 70 people were hospitalized during this Omicron surgery, which is for health officials trying to understand the growing cause. Even those who have been vaccinated say that the risk of hospitalization is high because of age.

The highest number of people in the hospital and in the ICU continue to be among the unvaccinated age group.

Modeling between December 11 and January 10, 63 percent of those who died were unvaccinated, 19 percent with two doses, and 14 percent with three.

Of those who died of acute myocardial infarction, 69 percent were unvaccinated, 21 percent had two doses, seven percent had three doses, and 3.3 percent had only one dose, according to the modeling report.

At a news conference on Friday, the BBC’s regional health officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry, said the cost of hospitalizations for the unvaccinated and elderly had increased dramatically.

Henry says: “Even at double standards, there is still a risk for the elderly. “So it’s very important to get your reinforcement level.”

According to Henry, with most of the virus spreading rapidly in the community, unvaccinated people are more likely to be hospitalized, including young people with strong immune systems.

She added that two-thirds of those who died in CV-19 last month were unvaccinated.

The data show that Delta is less than 50 percent hospital stay. Omikron is being treated in hospital but health officials say this is good news because it is associated with serious illness and the need for intensive care and short hospital stays.
